Essential - Electrical Cable Industry Experience Benefits: State bonus scheme Career development Opportunities Great team environment Retirement Fund Flexible Work Hours Key Responsibilities: To manage, monitor and support Projects and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Sales, Logistics, Engineering and Purchasing Departments to implement current or prospective projects, through the sale of products, systems and services for the company and preforming associated functions and responsibilities as listed below: To ensure a quality service to customers to promote Projects and to ensure work is completed in a timely, safe and environmentally friendly manner As this is a newly created position and continually evolving, duties and responsibilities will be varying and not limited to the following Controlling & managing project deliveries Monitoring project progress Assisting teams with issues and setbacks Developing client relationships Meeting with clients to understand and learn their evolving needs to ensure our performance continually aligns with their requirements Conducting data analysis Looking for ways to improve future project delivery performance Organize and attend trade shows when required Attend all company sponsored training programs, meetings, seminars, conferences and stock takes when requested Attend suppliers training courses, seminars or conferences if required, this may involve overseas travel Ensure that all activities and operations are carried out in compliance with laws governing business operations. Take action to ensure all non-compliant activities are improved or eliminated Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental Standards (AS 4801 and ISO 14001) and legal requirements and regulation under applicable OHS ACT and regulations Ensure communication and feedback channels are open with all employees Follow up all work place incidents/accidents and complete applicable documents Follow up all Hazard/ Near Miss Reports put in by employees and complete required documents Perform other duties as required Experience & Qualifications Required Essential - Minimum 2 years in the electrical cabeling industry, Management, Supervision and Training experience.
