This 100-seat venue with a plant-predominant menu opened at Carrington Street by the award-winning Turkish Chef Somer Sivrioğlu in May 2022. We are currently looking to fill a number of Chef roles at various levels. Duties include : Development of restaurant menus in consultation with the executive team and restaurant manager; Preparation and cooking of menu items Coaching and developing junior staff and management Manage company standards of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness throughout the back of house (kitchen) These are full time positions working 38 hours per week. Immediate starts are available. A remuneration package of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidates, commensurate with experience and role.
