Key Responsibilities · Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs · Participate in requirement gathering, design reviews · Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs · Create and maintain technical documentation · Implement ITIL processes and best practices · Support go-live and hyper care phases · Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript , HTML , CSS , AJAX , and AngularJS Experience with ServiceNow modules like Incident , Problem , Change , Service Catalog , and CMDB Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio , Flow Designer , and Integration Hub Knowledge of LDAP , Active Directory , and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) Experience with Service Portal and reporting/dashboard setup Understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator preferable
