The Role: Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrician to oversee and participate in the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical/technical issues Repair and replace faulty components as required Develop and implement standard operating procedures for maintenance and training. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment. Provide leadership, technical support, and mentorship to junior technicians.- As required Collaborate with other departments within the company Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions. Skills: Experience in electrical maintenance, repair, and installation.- Open to learn Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience: Experience in electrical maintenance, repair, and installation. Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus. Knowledge of HV/LV systems and communication networks is desirable- - Not essential .
