Position We are looking for a Barber / Hairstylist to join our team at our Penrith Location. Key Responsibilities Cut and style hair based on what the client asks for, including fades, flat tops, trims, shaves, beard work, and similar services. Provide extra services available at Gabriel Barbers, such as hair washing, colouring, threading, waxing, and facials (where trained and licensed). Give every customer the full Gabriel Barbers experience: a friendly welcome, a quick chat about what they want, complimentary drinks, hair wash, and ensuring they leave happy with the result. Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and sanitised at all times, following health and safety standards. Suggest suitable hair products and aftercare tips to clients, and promote Gabriel Barbers' retail products when appropriate. Keep skills up to date by learning new trends, techniques, and tools, and take part in training when needed. Use time well: manage appointments, fit in walk-in clients, and complete services on time without reducing quality. Respond to client feedback politely and professionally, referring any issues to the manager when necessary. Maintain a neat appearance and professional attitude that represents the Gabriel Barbers brand.
