About the role Join our dynamic Pharmacy team as a full-time or part-time Team Assistant, where an exciting opportunity awaits for a proactive and organised individual. As a confident team player, you'll be utilising your initiative to manage multiple tasks efficiently and provide invaluable support to the team and its Partners. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a mature approach, are essential for success in this role. Key responsibilities Document preparation, correspondence and mail management Assisting with collations and administrative support with proposals Handling client fees and maintaining client databases Organising workflow and coordinating internal and external events Managing travel arrangements and catering for various events Collaborating with other support staff and offering reception and office support relief when required Completing timesheets and undertaking other ad-hoc tasks/duties for the team. To be successful in this role, your qualities, skills, knowledge and tasks will include: You will already reside in Australia OR have an active/valid Visa with the financial means to return Ability to confidently interact with staff of all levels Demonstrated honesty and integrity when managing client information Team-oriented with the ability to foster effective working relationships Exceptional organisational abilities in handling high-volume workflow Commitment to efficient administration and process improvement Proficient in diary management and email queues monitoring Assistance with client communication management and service Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in document and client management systems Desktop publishing Marketing and social media skills are highly regarded but not essential.
