Award-Winning Culture: Be part of a team that values excellence and is recognised for its award-winning culture program What you will do: The Rostering Officer will be responsible for a range of rostering and workforce coordination duties, such as: Preparing and posting rosters within required timeframes Ensuring alignment with the Master Roster and relevant Enterprise Agreement Coordinating replacements for staff on planned and unplanned leave using a fair and efficient process Utilising agency staff only when internal replacement options are exhausted Liaising with the HR Team regarding roster vacancies Liaising with the Finance Team on payroll matters Using rostering software applications to support effective roster coordination What you will bring: Previous experience in rostering/HR with at least 2 years in a similar role Strong proficiency in rostering software and good skill level in MS Office applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders A positive, solutions-focused attitude that supports our team culture NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain) Interested?
