Key Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact between customers, sales, and internal teams. Manage Sales & Service Orders using SAP and coordinate activities via Salesforce . Liaise with Service Engineers to ensure smooth service delivery. Coordinate loan and demo equipment , supporting logistics and resolving discrepancies. Handle customer communications, invoicing, and order management . Support shipping processes and documentation across multiple regions. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of professional experience in customer service, administration, or related roles. Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce . Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with the ability to work independently. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluent in English (required); Korean language skills a strong plus. Work station is preferred to be based in Melbourne but would also accept application for Sydney base.
