The Role They are looking for a maintenance hand to join their team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, carrying out repairs, preventative maintenance, and operation of farm machinery such as tractors, telehandlers, forklifts, and other machinery. Additionally, you will be responsible for repairing fences, yards, on-farm infrastructure, and maintaining water systems. As required, you will also be expected to help with grain handling and milling operations as part of your responsibilities and may occasionally assist with feedlot feeding and other general farm tasks. Furthermore, keeping precise records of equipment maintenance is essential. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, occasional weekend work may be required depending on operational needs. The Offer The candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate that will be based on their skills and experience. An on-site work vehicle will be provided, along with the necessary tools and equipment to perform the job. The property is situated just 10 kilometres from the charming rural town of Allora, known as "the friendliest town on the downs." It is also 26 kilometres from the larger centre of Warwick and 71 kilometres from Toowoomba.
