Case Worker Full-Time (Monday-Friday) Total package of $88,101-$94,809 per annum plus salary packaging Kalgoorlie PCYC Kalgoorlie PCYC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Worker to join our team and support our safeSPACE program providing individualised case management and targeted group programs that will create a positive impact for young people. About the Role: In this role, you will be a positive role model for the young people in the Kalgoorlie community, helping them to build resilience, develop life skills, and stay engaged with positive pathways. Based in our Kalgoorlie Centre, the Case Worker will: Deliver effective individualized case management alongside group programs and workshops to young people Deliver best practice youth work Work closely with schools and stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging, impactful programs and case management that supports the well-being and safety of at-risk youth. Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating outcomes and implementing best practices. This role is full-time with regular office hours, though we also provide flexibility to support the needs of our programs and the people we work with. About you: A minimum Cert IV in Youth Work/Community Service/Social Work or other related areas A passion for working with at-risk and vulnerable young people. Experience in case management, youth work, community services, or a related field. Experience in delivering group-based programs Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of local support services and a commitment to collaborative practice. Driver’s Licence required for the role.
