Currently we are looking for a Real Estate Representative to assist our team on upcoming Projects. Full Time Permanent Duties and Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying & selling residential or commercial properties Conduct property showings and open houses Provide guidance on market conditions for both buyers and sellers Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers Prepare contracts & necessary paperwork Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Real Estate Sales Professional Minimum Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Police Clearance for Australia Registration with Agents Licensing Board
