What will you be engaged in? As an Architectural Graduate at Populous, you’ll be immersed in the full spectrum of the design process, from early concepts through to detailed delivery, gaining hands-on experience and guidance from industry leaders. In this role you will: Shape design ideas through sketches, diagrams, and 3D models Produce diagrams, drawings, and perspectives that clearly communicate intent Collaborate with architects and designers, contributing to design and documentation Develop and refine 3D visualisations and presentation materials Support delivery through documentation, coordination, and submission packages Engage in design discussions, applying critical thinking and problem-solving This is a role where you’ll actively contribute to projects that shape communities, while building the skills and experience to launch your architectural career.
