Tell me moreto support the development and implementation of culturally appropriate and accessible health services across the Weipa community in assisting in the delivery of haemodialysis, preventative programs such as health surveillance screening in chronic disease, family health and health promotion and delivering services across both the primary care clinic and haemodialysis teams in the outpatient service of the Weipa Integrated Health Service.
