An established construction organisation with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across the Northern Territory is seeking an Operations Manager to lead their Alice Springs branch . This role offers the chance to take ownership of day-to-day operations, oversee regional projects, and guide a local team to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing branch operations and managing small-to-medium construction projects across Central Australia Coordinating staff, subcontractors, equipment, and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently Leading, developing, and supporting a team while driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction What we’re looking for: 5 years’ experience in Project or Branch Management within a construction, building, or operations environment Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships Solid understanding of budgets, scheduling, compliance, and safety requirements Current driver’s licence and White Card (additional licences or project management qualifications desirable) Why this role?
