Key responsibilities include: Lead the day-to-day operations at RR LifeWorks Ryde, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant service delivery. Drive business growth by developing and implementing strategic and operational plans, new services, and workforce initiatives. Monitor and achieve financial, performance, and customer satisfaction targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, while promoting the RR LifeWorks brand. Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture through effective leadership and people management of a multidisciplinary team. Ensure robust compliance, governance, risk management, and workplace health and safety practices are embedded across all operations. Enhance the capacity and capability of the clinical team. Work closely with the Practice Manager to deliver operational and clinical excellence. About you You’re an experienced leader with demonstrated success in driving growth and operational excellence across allied health, healthcare, or similar service environments. With a strong blend of commercial acumen, business development expertise, and people leadership skills, you thrive on building high-performing teams and forging trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and a wide network of stakeholders. You bring well-established connections within the sector and a deep understanding of funding pathways, including health funds, NDIS, insurance, and workers’ compensation. Strategic and solutions-focused, you have a passion for creating streamlined operations, embedding continuous improvement, and inspiring others to embrace innovation and positive change. Essential Criteria: Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Business Administration or Management. Current AHPRA, SPA or ESSA registration. Proven success as a Senior Manager in Allied Health services (which may include Disability Services, Aged Care, Rehabilitation, Hospitals, or Community Care) and the delivery of client centric, high quality, services. Proven success in growing the business, driving operational excellence and profitability, improving revenue, processes, and labour utilisation. Demonstrated experience in liaising, problem solving and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated understanding of NDIS, disability service, healthcare and the contemporary disability and allied health care environment. Proven success developing positive workplace cultures and building high performing teams Demonstrated experience in quality, accreditation and compliance management Demonstrated experience in business/ performance reporting. Knowledge of NDIS, Lifetime Care and other third-party funding bodies.
