Engineering Trades Australia is seeking an experienced FIFO Dewatering Electrician for an initial 2 months' work with potential for ongoing for the right person! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established project in the Pilbara region, WA. About the role: You will be reporting to the Mine Water Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance and repairs of dewatering electrical equipment across site. Your duties will include: Working with diesel generators and variable speed drive systems Maintaining Bore Pumps (Up to 200Kw) Instrumentation, flowmeters, pressure transducers, level control Radio telemetry, PLC Controls & Solar systems Fault Finding and troubleshooting Poly pipe welding machines What will you need to be successful? WA Electrical License (Unrestricted) RIO Tinto Inductions Valid Australian Driver License CPR & LVR - Within 12 months First Aid - Current Strong commitment to safety and working within a team environment Proven experience working in a similar role. Must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical and D&A What are the details? Site: Pilbara Region WA MOB to site: 28th October 2025 Roster: 8:6 dayshift only Pay Rate: $80ph flat Duration: 2 months - possibility of ongoing work FIFO from Perth airport only!
