Provide executive-level support to a top-performing Principal Full calendar, diary & email management Oversee sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team Prepare pre-listing kits, sales documentation & compliance files Coordinate photography, floorplans, stylists & trades for property preparation Vendor, buyer, solicitor & stakeholder liaison Database & CRM management, reporting & process compliance Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders Assist with business and personal administration as required The Ideal Candidate: Previous Executive Assistant, sales or real estate administration experience highly regarded Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence & driver’s licence Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proactive, forward-thinking and confident working independently Motivated, professional and eager to support a high-performing agent Benefits & Culture: Exceptional salary package with bonus opportunities Monday to Friday – enjoy your weekends!
