We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our clients creative team and take the lead on delivering high-quality design across campaigns, social media, eCommerce, packaging, and marketing collateral. This role is all about combining creativity with commercial focus - producing work that looks great and performs. You’ll work across a wide range of outputs, from social content and performance ads to product launches and pitch decks. The right person will bring a strong eye for design, the ability to manage projects end-to-end, and confidence working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver assets for campaigns, promotions, social content, eCommerce, emails, packaging, and more. Develop creative tailored to digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other emerging channels. Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure all creative supports business objectives. Manage projects from concept through to execution, including sales decks, lookbooks, and other marketing materials. Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency. Keep across industry trends to bring fresh ideas and continuous improvement to the brand’s creative output. Skills & Experience 5 years’ experience in graphic design or art direction, preferably in eCommerce, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in brand, digital, and social-first design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Experience working on Figma Experience designing for performance marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, and email. Ability to work across static and motion design, with strong attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
