This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. What You’ll Do: Excavating and Trenching for Utilities – Digging trenches for pipelines, cables, drainage, and other underground utilities according to project specifications. Site Preparation and Earthmoving – Clearing land, removing debris, and reshaping terrain. Grading and Compaction Work – Leveling and compacting surfaces to create stable foundations. Final Trim work. Loading and Transporting Materials – Using the excavator bucket to load soil, gravel, and other materials into trucks for transport or redistribution. Following Safety and Environmental Regulations – Conducting pre-start checks, ensuring safe operation near workers and structures, and minimizing environmental impact during excavation. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as an Excavator Operator A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork. VOC and SOA required. Commitment to safety and following site regulations. Current OH&S White card/Relevant tickets to operate machinery. Availability to start ASAP Why TradeConnex?
