As part of our growth, we are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. key duties and responsibilities my includ but not limited to : plan menus, estimate food and labour costs. And order food supplies prepare and cook a wide range of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and food standards plan and organise kitchen operations, including food preparation, portioning , and plating . ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes. monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food supplies as required. maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment, complying with food safety regulations. train and supervise kitchen staff and apprentices to ensure kitchen efficiency. contribute to menu development and cost- effective planning. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience working as a chef in a commercial kitchen or hospitality setting. strong knowledge of food safet, kitchen hygiene, and handling procedures. ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast- paced organisational skills .
