Procare's Factual Investigation Division is growing, and we're seeking Investigators based in Darwin (or willing to relocate) to join our team. The Role Conduct field enquiries and interviews; Assist with skip tracing witness location support; Prepare and draft factual reports in a timely manner; Visit various locations in Darwin / across NT to interview appropriate key parties; Support desktop intelligence & surveillance tasks when required; and Assist with case administration and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. About You Hold a Certificate III in Investigations (or willing to obtain) ; Have a current and valid Investigators Licence (or willing to obtain); Have a current and valid driver's license and vehicle; Experience in insurance investigations (workers' compensation, CTP, or general insurance) is a plus but not essential; Have excellent written and verbal skills; and Ability to manage time, priorities, deadlines and maintain quality under pressure What We Offer: Excellent remuneration rates; Flexible arrangements - work from home or our NT office, in Parap!; A comprehensive induction and thorough training in our online case management system; Thorough training and ongoing support from our dedicated investigations support team; and Additional employee benefits for casual or permanent staff!
