About the Role: Within this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of concrete sleepers including: Preparing of concrete moulds (cleaning, scraping, and applying lubricants as required) Set up of moulding equipment (including use of hand tools) Machine operation as required Performing tests to ensure quality assurance and control processes are met Forklift operation (if licensed) Key Requirements: Experience with hand and power tools highly regarded but not required A high regard for health and safety Ability to pass through pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing A reasonable level of physical fitness Ability to work both independently and as a team Forklift desirable, but not required What we offer: Full training provided Career development opportunities Ability to cross-train and obtain further applicable licenses and tickets Overtime opportunities How to Apply: If you have the skills and experience for this role, we would love to hear from you!
