About the role: This is a hands-on Property Manager position where you’ll oversee a small portfolio, ensure seamless operations, and contribute to business growth. You’ll be across the full property cycle with the support of a collaborative leadership team. Manage guest communications, bookings & property care Oversee maintenance, urgent repairs & contractor coordination Build strong owner relationships & maximise returns Support operations including cleaners & property setups Identify new business opportunities & grow the portfolio Once the portfolio grows, hire your own assistant!
