Responsibilities: Lead kitchen operations in a newly launched, design-led restaurant bar. Deliver contemporary cuisine with a modern edge Build, train and inspire a talented brigade Maintain consistency, efficiency and strong kitchen systems Requirements: Solid experience as a Head Chef in an established venue. Deep knowledge of classical cooking with the creativity to adapt it for today's dining scene. Strong leadership skills - able to train, mentor and motivate chefs at all levels. Organised and commercially minded with the ability to manage food and labour costs effectively.
