At NeuroRehab, we work with people with traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, MS, Parkinson’s disease, cerebral palsy, and a range of other neurological conditions. Our clients are predominately NDIS participants with some TAC and My Aged Care-funded clients. The position is based in our Thomastown clinic (with some oversight of team members from our Tullamarine site also), providing services both within the clinic and community within the surrounding catchment. Key Responsibilities Provision of Physiotherapy in adult neurological services with a person-centred approach. Contribution to screening of new referrals, delegation of referrals to staff, and clinical risk management planning Opportunities to participate in projects and innovative service development for the Department and wider MDT. Hands-on with the recruitment process for new team members. If you have an eye for people and Physio skills, building the team is a rewarding experience! Supervision of senior Physiotherapists attend planning days to shape the physio team Collaborate with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Skills And Experiences Requirements AHPRA registration. 5 years' experience as a neurological Physiotherapist (7 years ideal) Successful candidates are required to undertake a Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen. Full COVID-19 vaccination. Influenza vaccination. Desirable Experience working within a NDIS framework.
