We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Estimator to join our team and provide accurate damage assessments for vehicle repairs. This role involves working with insurance companies, customers, and repair technicians to ensure precise estimates and quality service delivery. With safety and quality at the forefront of everything we do, this role requires, but is not limited to: Conducting thorough vehicle damage assessments and preparation of detailed repair estimates. Utilisation of Audanet software for estimate preparation and documentation. Perform comprehensive parts checks to verify availability and pricing. Communication with insurance adjusters regarding claim details and repair procedures. Coordinating with customers to explain repair processes and timelines. Working closely with technicians to ensure estimate accuracy and feasibility. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques. Maintaining accurate records. Review and approval of supplement estimates as needed. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations About You: Minimum 2 years of collision repair estimating experience. Proficiency with Audanet estimating software. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair procedures. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. I-CAR training certification preferred. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficient computer skills and software navigation. Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of insurance claim processes.
