What You’ll Bring… Marketing Automation Expertise: Experience in campaign management or automation specialist roles. Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Epsilon, or similar automation platforms. Technical Know-How: Skilled in APIs, SQL, and web-based programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/SSJS, AMPScript). CRM & CMS Knowledge: Experienced with multiple CMS platforms, CRM/database systems, and Microsoft Office suite. Digital Savvy & Compliance: Understanding of digital CX principles, marketing best practices, and data privacy/SPAM regulations. Analytical & Organised: Strong problem-solving skills, data-driven mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
