You'll be responsible for ⚙️ Managing technical requirements Managing day-to-day technical requirements, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of issues across CARED, United for Care, and Vertika. Handling licensing tasks Handling licensing tasks, including procurement, renewals, compliance checks, and vendor coordination. Overseeing telco management Overseeing telco (telecommunications) management, such as monitoring network connectivity, coordinating with service providers, and optimizing communication systems. Skills you'll need IT fundamentals Basic understanding of hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, and telecommunications. ️ Problem-solving skills Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive 'fix-it' mindset. Communication and organizational abilities Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the capacity to work independently or in a team. Licensing and compliance knowledge Familiarity with licensing and compliance in a tech environment is a plus.
