Our client URGENTLY requires a Mainframe Analyst / Programmer for a 12 months Contract in Darwin. The Mainframe Analyst / Programmer primary responsibility is to provide Mainframe application support and development for the commercial-of-the-shelf Government Accounting System (GAS) which is underpinned by Infor Masterpiece, Datacom and CICS. Skills and Experience required includes: Knowledge and extensive working experience with COBOL, JCL, SQL, Infor Masterpiece, CICS and Datacom. Knowledge and experience with Atlassian JIRA in managing ticket requests, workload and documentation is highly desirable, whilst knowledge of Atlassian Confluence is a bonus. Knowledge and informed awareness of banking is highly desirable. Government and/or banking experience would be highly advantageous. Top $'s Paid ! Contract extensions available !
