As Client Strategy Director across our Consortium Agency NSW portfolio, you’ll lead the charge in crafting high-impact, insight-led, commercially driven ideas that make clients sit up and take notice. You’ll work in close partnership with sales leads, product & planning specialists, editorial teams, and audience & research specialists to turn business challenges into breakthrough campaigns. You’ll spend the bulk of your time doing what you do best: Uncovering powerful insights Building and presenting compelling narratives Driving pitches that win Coaching others to do the same This role suits someone who is deeply fluent in agency culture — whether from the inside, or as a partner who knows how to navigate, influence and lead within it. Key Responsibilities Lead pitches that win hearts, minds and budgets — from shaping the strategic approach through to bringing the story to life Translate complex business problems into powerful campaign ideas rooted in insight and cultural relevance Partner with sales and marketing leads to proactively identify growth opportunities for priority clients Be a mentor and multiplier — lifting capability in strategic storytelling across the team, directly managing a small team of Strategy & Insight Managers Develop strong relationships across agency partners, working at all levels to drive influence and opportunity Leverage News Corp Australia’s full ecosystem of assets, insights and editorial expertise to create best-in-market solutions Who are you?
