ABOUT YOU Your role as a TITLE: Provide excellent customer service to Perth Mint visitors and clients whilst ensuring utmost professionalism in carrying out shop duties and develop full knowledge of the shop’s varied product range. Handle enquiries and sales in the shop, over the phone and email. Follow procedures whilst processing Sales through POS Upkeep of the store emails, including staff shopping inbox Assist with removing high valued stock in the evenings and placing it back on display in the morning. Assist with stocktakes and maintain stock in storeroom as required. Assist with creating visual Merchandising of display cabinets. Restock and maintain displays according to merchandising brief. Maintain a clean work environment. Weekend duties, balancing of tills before shop start and preparation of shop banking and eftpos reconciliation. Must be available to work weekday and weekend shifts. We are looking for a someone who has : Demonstrated customer service or sales experience in a retail environment Previous jewellery experience preferred Passion for jewellery and coins.
