Location: Bankstown, NSW Salary Package: $65,000 Super Role Highlights: Our client is looking for an experienced customer service professional to join their busy contact centre team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound enquiries across phone, email, and live chat, providing solutions with professionalism and care. You will also be responsible for a range of administrative and data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering timely and effective solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring positive outcomes for customers. Perform administrative duties including data entry and record management. Maintain accuracy of customer information and databases. Candidate Profile: To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in a high-volume call centre environment and bring the following: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call centre or similar fast-paced customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask effectively. Attention to detail with a focus on accurate administrative and data tasks. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Australian citizen/ Permanent resident only.
