We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Supply Officer to join the Supply team for a significant Energy client in Darwin. This role supports inventory and materials management across the Darwin/Katherine region, with regular travel to Katherine Power Station. Short Term Contract to mid January 2026 Applications Close 1 October 2025 cob You will be responsible for: Managing inventory including issuing, receipting, returns, and inspections. Conducting cyclical and annual stocktakes. Supporting catalogue maintenance and inventory optimisation. Assisting with warehouse housekeeping and disposal of obsolete stock. Collaborating with Business Services and other stakeholders. Key Requirements Essential: Previous warehouse experience and understanding of industrial materials handling. Strong knowledge of OH&S practices and commitment to safety. Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong time management and adaptability. Current NT Driver's Licence and Forklift Operator Licence. Desirable: Training in hazardous/dangerous goods. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Pronto) and TRIM. Certificate-level qualifications in Supply Chain Management. Additional Information Pre-employment medicals are mandatory Police Check Mandatory
