About the Role As our Water Treatment Operator, you'll: Monitor and maintain water quality across multiple public pools and aquatic centres. Operate and troubleshoot filtration systems, dosing pumps, and automated controls. Ensure chemical balances meet public health standards (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.). Keep detailed logs and digital records for audits and compliance. Respond to water quality concerns or equipment issues as they arise. This role is hands-on, technical, and ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and ensuring public safety. What You'll Need White Card (General Construction Induction) C Class Driver's Licence Basic knowledge of water chemistry or pool plant operations Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset Willingness to work autonomously and uphold high safety standards Desirable (But Not Essential) Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or similar certification Experience with automated pool control systems Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, digital log systems) Emergency response knowledge for aquatic plant systems Why Join Us?
