Full-Time Handyperson $30 per hour Monday - Friday 6.30am - 3pm (no weekend work) Small diverse team Must be an Australian citizen to be considered The Position Liaise with facility management contractors Minor painting, plumbing & maintenance Minor site grounds & garden up keep Reporting process of any maintenance in the building Perform ADHOC duties required by managers Provide flexible & responsive handyperson service to facility & surroundings Adhere to all safety & security policies and procedures Plan & execute tasks safely & efficiently Good communication skills with staff, client and tradesmen Basic computer skills The Person Physically fit & reliable Experience in general maintenance & gardening Comfortable undertaking random drug tests on site Current drivers’ license and own transport Good knowledge of power tools & gardening equipment Team player and be flexible to work in all departments Must be able to apply for an AFP NV1 Security clearance Must supply a National Police Clearance The Benefits You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
