The Role The Head Chef or Kitchen Manager will be in charge of all operations of this country kitchen, which is open 5 nights for dinner, Wednesday to Sunday and Lunch from Friday to Sunday. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the directors, inspire others, and manage the Kitchen along with the following: In charge of menu design, menu changes & weekly specials Oversee all facets of Kitchen operations, policies, procedures, and food safety Build client relationships to maximise ordering with local suppliers Be a leader, manage and teach those in your team by leading by example Be the face of the kitchen who will work with FOH staff during services Skills and Experience The successful candidate will be required to have but not limited to the following attributes.
