Equity opportunity available for interested candidates Position Summary: The Senior Client Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic financial advice, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting services. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Provide clients with strategic financial advice and insights to help them achieve their business goals and improve financial performance. Oversee the delivery of accounting, tax, and advisory services to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations. Lead and mentor a team of accountants and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Conduct regular client meetings, review financial statements, and present findings and recommendations. Identify opportunities for expanding services to existing clients and attracting new clients, contributing to the firm's growth. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry trends to provide informed advice and services to clients. Ensure all client deliverables meet the firm's quality standards and comply with applicable regulations. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Skills: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in public practice accounting, with a focus on client management and advisory services. Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations. Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. High level of integrity and professionalism.
