We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to elevate our tender responses and client presentations to the next level. Join our dynamic national sales and bid management team, where your design expertise will directly influence how we communicate value to clients across Australia. The Role Designing visually compelling templates and layouts for proposals and presentations, aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborating with Bid Managers and subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful graphics and typography. Preparing high-quality print and digital materials, liaising with project leads and print vendors to ensure flawless execution. Building and maintaining a centralised library of graphic assets to streamline future submissions. Driving continuous improvement in our design approach to ensure our proposals are market leading. Overseeing and quality-checking work from our offshore design team. Qualifications The Requirements Previous experience in a graphic design role, ideally within the professional services arena is essential Proficient in the Adobe Creative suite of applications including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Ability to think creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts Exceptional creative flair and design knowledge Able to interpret concepts and content into graphics in a fast paced environment Effective communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills Accuracy and attention to detail in all areas design Ability to adhere to a brief and reflect the look and feel of the brand Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills Confident in interacting professionally with all levels within the business, and managing stakeholder relationships Excellent organisational and time management skills Driven individual, with a ‘can do’ attitude and plenty of initiative A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred but not essential Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights for this contract position Please attach your design portfolio along with your CV when applying.
