About the Role Role Title: Virtual Receptionist Location: Work From Home (must have your own laptop, headset & reliable WiFi) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend) Hours: Rostering across Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm (working 37.5 hrs each week) Pay Rate: $35.58/hour super Key Responsibilities Manage approx. 150 inbound calls per day through a call queue. Triage and transfer customer enquiries to the appropriate departments. Conduct follow-up emails and outbound calls as required. Complete general administrative support tasks. Use systems including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Genesys effectively. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a call centre, reception, or customer service role. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Tech-savvy and confident with multiple systems.
