A large national business is seeking an experienced Training Specialist for an initial 6 month contract, to support the transition of staff into a newly built, semi-automated Distribution Centre in the Western suburbs. This role will be central to preparing team members for the go-live of a new logistics and distribution automation system and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience as operations move from the existing distribution centre. Key Responsibilities Develop and Update Training Materials – Create engaging, accurate content to support automation go-live and day-to-day operations. Validate Training During Testing – Participate in Customer Integration Testing (CIT/UAT) to ensure materials reflect live operational processes. Plan and Coordinate Training – Manage training schedules, logistics, and administration to ensure smooth delivery. Facilitate Training and Coaching – Deliver training that builds confidence, engagement, and operational readiness. Gather and Implement Feedback – Review training outcomes and continuously improve materials and approach. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience developing or updating training materials. Experience delivering training programs and coaching individuals. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
