What You’ll Be Doing: As part of a small specialist team, you will: Conduct detailed legal research and draft strategic advices on regulatory and disciplinary issues. Manage files end-to-end—including drafting court documents, liaising with barristers and clients. Appear for clients at committal hearings and support superior court appeals. Coordinate case strategy across a diverse range of criminal and professional misconduct matters. What You’ll Bring: Admission in Victoria with 3–5 years PQE in litigation or regulatory practice. Experience handling disciplinary, administrative or institutional liability matters. Strong drafting, advocacy and analytical research skills.
