You’ll lead bar operations, guide a talented team, and work closely with management to ensure every shift runs seamlessly. From crafting cocktails and contributing creatively to menu development, to maintaining quality and consistency through training and service oversight, you’ll set the tone behind the bar and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
