About the Role: The Clinical Roster Coordinator will undertake the rostering of care staff to ensure the smooth running of the Care Team at the aged care facility and manage the HRIS System for all departments. Key responsibilities include: Ensure all shifts have correct skills mix to meet residents’ care needs in accordance with agreed Roster Primary contact for staff regarding rostering enquiries, changes and updates Monitor and accurately track care staff attendance, overtime, leave, and shift swaps Manage the HRIS with regard to recruitment for all departments About you: You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role in a busy setting. Previous rostering experience and/or exposure to the aged care sector is not mandatory but would be highly regarded. You will also be highly systems literate, ideally with an HRIS. In addition, you will have high standards in professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, and you will be able to organise and prioritise a busy schedule.
