Company Profile Ark Homes Pty Ltd is a construction company that offers quality services to all clients. We ensure that our clients’ construction projects are stress-free throughout the building process. Due to our company’s expansion, we are urgently looking for a full-time Carpenter who would like to be a part of our dynamic team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications Cutting materials Assembling and nailing cut and shaped parts Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and framing Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Collaborating with other trades and project managers Effectively implement cost effective practices Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition To be considered for this role: Have at least 1 year experience as a Carpenter Trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III or above) Strong attention to detail Be reliable, punctual and hard working Annual Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation
