Description Own the business development agenda for the business in Australia, with responsibility for revenue growth and client engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, post-secondary institutions, professional associations, government, community organisations, and corporate partners. Lead initiatives to expand test preparation programs, grow adoption in new markets, and enhance engagement with existing clients. Represent the organisation at industry events, deliver compelling presentations, and contribute to strategy through market analysis and insights. Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and achieve business targets. Profile Proven business development or sales experience (5-10 years) in education technology, assessment, language testing, credentialing, or related professional services sectors. Experience selling to universities, vocational/post-secondary institutions, professional associations, government, or corporate learning divisions. Track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles, from prospecting and needs analysis through negotiation and closing. Experience in B2B relationship management, including partnerships with institutional clients and intermediary organisations. Data-driven approach, comfortable using CRM systems, analytics, and sales forecasting to inform decisions.
