Recruitment Coordinator Location: Pajingo Gold Mine – Charters Towers / Townsville | 5/2 roster | Immediate start The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator with proven mining recruitment expertise to join our team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will manage end-to-end recruitment across both blue- and white-collar positions. You will play a critical role in attracting and securing top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
