About the Role As our Assistant Village Manager, you’ll be the friendly face at reception and the go-to person for residents and visitors alike. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Providing exceptional customer service and support to residents • Assisting with reception duties and general enquiries • Managing accounts, invoicing, and financial administration • Coordinating and planning engaging social events and activities • Supporting the Retirement Community Manager in the smooth running of village operations • Supervising a small team including office, cleaning, and transport staff What We’re Looking For • Strong administrative, accounts and customer service experience • Experience in the care industry is highly regarded but not essential • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital systems • A genuine interest in supporting older Australians and enhancing their lifestyle • Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses) Why Join Us?
