The Working Capital Team is a dynamic and supportive team that works together collaboratively to deliver excellence. Responsible for the management of the Firms Working Capital, the team are required to ensure that billings, collections and receipting are delivered in an efficient and timely manner to meet with the Firms KPI's on a month-to-month basis. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will: Upload bank statements and invoices to the finance system Receipting of daily payments Reversals of bills Actioning internal queries raised by legal staff Allocations Bank reconciliations Clearing of unallocated payments from bank reconciliation This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
