You will partner with the Assistant Centre Manager and Head of Curriculum to lead a high-performing team and maintain a positive, inclusive culture. Key focus areas include: Coaching, developing and retaining educators Driving occupancy, service quality and compliance across an established 124-place service Strengthening relationships with families and the local community Ensuring a smooth and safe experience for children and families Monitoring budgets, staffing rosters and centre performance metrics About You Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 3–4 years of Centre Manager experience Proven results improving established services such as lifting occupancy, culture and quality outcomes Experience leading change and continuous improvement Strong knowledge of Children’s Services Regulations and the National Quality Standard Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passionate, enthusiastic and committed to high-quality care Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training and Food Safety Supervisor certificate Our Values Inspiring and Nurturing – We create environments where children are inspired to explore, learn and grow, and we nurture each child’s potential.
