The Role As the Grain Site Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a large grain handling facility, ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Reporting to the General Manager of Grain Storage and Transport, your duties will include (but not be limited to): Supervise site operations including grain receival, storage, and out-loading Coordinate daily pre-starts, task delegation, and monitor team performance Plan and manage machinery use, maintenance priorities, and safety compliance Facilitate training and onboarding of new team members Support strategic planning for harvest and off-season activities Maintain accurate operational, safety, and maintenance records Operate machinery (loaders, forklifts, tractors) as required About You You are a capable leader with strong operational knowledge and a passion for agricultural logistics. You thrive in collaborative, hands-on environments and bring a proactive, safety-first approach to all aspects of site operations.
